Weekly Workouts

Weekly running workouts for adaptive athletes and sighted guides.

No experience required. Wednesdays at 7PM and Saturdays at 7AM.

Team Catapult hosts workouts Wednesday evenings at 7PM and Saturday mornings at 7AM from the Memorial Park Tennis Center. Weekly distance varies by athlete. All workouts are weather permitting.

The first scheduled Wednesday workout of each month is hosted at Holler Brewing.

The last scheduled Saturday workout of each month is hosted at Active Passion.
