Our fall marathon training series is underway! CATAPULT will host two (2) run workouts a week during the fall to get athletes and guides ready for the 2019 Houston Marathon and Half Marathon in January. Our Wed track workout will be held at Memorial Park from 7-8p on Wed evenings. Please follow CATAPULT on Facebook to RSVP for workouts and get updates regarding weather, etc. Track workouts will last roughly one hour and be focused on speed building at the Memorial Park Track.
