Catapult Guide Program

The CATAPULT Guide Program seeks individuals dedicated our mission of helping athletes achieve their goals through weekly training sessions and on race day.


Guiding with CATAPULT requires dedication to our training program and races and events throughout the year. We welcome all skill and fitness levels for guiding purposes. You may be asked to work with multiple athletes, depending on your guiding experience.

On race day, athletes get priority in choosing their guides. Guides who regularly participate in weekly workouts are typically chosen first. Remaining, available guides are then paired with athletes based on experience, pace, and other factors.
