weekly Run Workouts - Memorial Park

CATAPULT hosts a run workout every Saturday morning at Memorial Park from 7:30A to 9:00A.  This workout is designed for visually impaired and amputee athletes and is also a great resource for anyone who is looking to get involved with CATAPULT as a sighted guide or athlete volunteer.  Check out our calendar tab to get information on the next upcoming workout at the park.  A short video below details what happens at our CATAPULT run workouts:


Tandem Bike Clinics - MEMORIAL PARK PICNIC LOOP

Want to learn to ride a tandem as either a pilot or stoker?  CATAPULT can help.  

We have partnered with House of Tandems to put on several tandem bike clinics to date.  At our clinics you will learn the fundamentals of tandem bike riding as either a pilot (front of bike) or stoker (back of bike).  We welcome riders of all abilities and experience.
